If you stumbled onto my webpage by accident, I'm Sudheer, a Graduate Student in the Vishik Lab who works on Angle-resolved Photoemission Spectroscopy (ARPES) at the University of California, Davis.

The Vishik Lab is a cozy lab of Spectroscopy enthusiasts led by Inna Vishik. Our interests lie at the interface of Science and Technology, aiming to aid in the development and understanding of the next generation of quantum-mechanics-driven materials. A fundamental paradigm of our field is the emergence of novel phenomena from the complexity of having a large number of interacting constituents. An eloquent and accessible introduction to this idea is provided by Philip Anderson in this paper.
